DR. Krishna Rao

Senior Director

DR. Krishna Rao holds a doctorate from Andhra University and an impressive 34-year career in Teaching and Senior Administrative roles in the fields of Science, Engineering, Management, and Healthcare. Throughout his professional journey, he has stood out as a dedicated researcher and a compelling motivator, spearheading numerous training workshops and seminars. These events have been specifically designed to foster innovative teaching techniques among both national and international faculty members.

His extensive service record spans across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh and Telangana, where he held prestigious positions such as Dean and Director. Notably, Dr. Rao has been instrumental, shaping the academic landscape during his association with Raffles Education Corporation in Singapore. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in international collaborations and creating academic excellence in Engineering Education.

DR. Rao is a staunch advocate for technology-driven pedagogy, emphasizing Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and Project-based Learning (PBL). His commitment to knowledge integration and dissemination is unwavering, evident through his versatile experience across Science, Engineering, Management, and Healthcare domains.

Dr Rao has consistently championed proactive educational methodologies throughout his tenure at various institutions. His pursuit of professional development led him to successfully complete the Healthcare Senior Leadership Programme at Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore. Furthermore, he holds the active position of Vice President in the Telemedicine Society of India, Telangana Chapter, Hyderabad.

Dr.G.Savitha, MBBS

Director

More than 32 years of experience diagnosing treating and managing patient relations and has been a Co-owner of a Blood bank and Pathological Lab. She has rendered services in various capacities such as Resident Medical Officer Blood Bank Officer and Duty Medical Officer.

Completed her academic education from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Has extensive experience in the Blood bank, and managing a private medical hospital single handily. She has also organized several free blood donation camps, and conducted AIDS awareness programs. Besides she is also certified in AIDS and blood banking techniques.

Dr. Namratha has over 15 years of experience in psychiatry, with a strong understanding of human behavior and mental well-being. She has based her work on helping individuals identify their challenges, build inner strength, and lead a more balanced and meaningful life, guiding them with empathy and clarity. Through her work, she has created safe and supportive spaces where individuals can understand themselves better and find stability in their personal and professional lives.

At Raja Rajeswari Institute of Medical Sciences – Girls, Dr. Namratha plays an active role in building cohesive teams and fostering a healthy institutional culture. She works closely to create a balance between management and employees, ensuring smooth coordination and shared accountability. Her focus is on bringing people together, identifying strengths, and guiding teams to function effectively as a unit. By nurturing trust, collaboration, and clear communication, she contributes to strengthening human resource development and supporting the overall growth of the institution.
